Justin Timberlake to Perform in Turkey

Justin Timberlake is a household name thanks to his chart-topping hits, memorable SNL skits, and impressive acting career. From his time as the lead singer of the 1990s boy band ‘N Sync to his successful solo career, Timberlake has proven his versatility in the entertainment industry. The artist is a multiple Grammy Award winner, having received 10 of his 39 nominations. He was first nominated in 1999 while still a member of ‘N Sync, but has won most of his awards as a solo artist. He has won ten Grammy Awards, four Emmy Awards, seven American Music Awards, three Brit Awards, ten Billboard Music Awards, and eleven MTV Video Music Awards. 

Everything I Thought It Was, which is the subject of the star's current tour, is the sixth studio album by American singer-songwriter Justin Timberlake, released on March 15, 2024. It is a sequel to Timberlake's previous work, 2018's Man of the Woods. It features the track "Paradise", in which Timberlake reunited with his fellow NSYNC members, with whom he began his music career. Jacey Shaze, Joey Fatone, Lance Bass, and Chris Kirkpatrick all reunited for the recording, and then joined Justin on stage at Timberlake's concert in Los Angeles on March 13, 2024. Earlier, in September 2023, Timberlake reunited with NSYNC on the single "Better Place," which was included in the soundtrack to Timberlake's animated comedy about Trolls, in which Justin voiced one of the characters and wrote music for the release. 

Many noted that Justin Timberlake's "Everything I Thought It Was" is partly a return to dance music, but in a new format. The album consists of tracks that you can dance to and "headbang" at the star's concerts. For example, to the bright and dynamic single "Fuckin' Up The Disco", which is very similar in spirit to another Timberlake track "Let the Groove Get In".
