Regnum Carya carries out general video shooting and live broadcast on the site as part of events for the purpose of carrying out promotional, marketing and advertising activities. The participant is aware that general filming is taking place at the event location and that he may be filmed during this filming, regardless of whether he is among the spectators or not, and gives permission/consent to the recording of his images in accordance with Law no. 6698 on the protection of personal data and Law No. 5846 on intellectual and artistic works, and also agrees that the relevant organizer has the right to freely use these recordings without the need to obtain separate permission.
Entry time to the concert venue – 21.00, concert start time – 22.00.
Participants under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter the concert venue unless accompanied by a legal guardian/parent.
Food and drinks brought with you will not be allowed into the event area.
Pets are prohibited from entering the event area.
Sound patterns in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
The lighting conditions in the room where the event will take place may cause temporary discomfort in the eyes.
It is prohibited to enter the event area with professional audio and video equipment (video and photo cameras).
At least half an hour before the start of the event, you must be ready to enter the event with your ticket.
The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions for purchasing tickets.
Regnum Carya has the right to exclude from participation in the event persons whom it considers unsuitable for participation in it, in order to protect and ensure the health and safety of participants, peace of mind, order during the event, etc. with a refund of the ticket price.
Drink service in the concert area is included in the ticket price.
The concert will last from 19:00 to 00:30. Guests who exceed the exit time from the concert area will be charged an additional fee.
Wristbands that will be issued to spectators must not be removed until they have left the event area.
In the concert area, with the exception of boxes, there is no specific seating system; all places are standing.
You must present your ID upon entering the hotel.
Every event participant is deemed to agree to all types of security measures, including personal searches and bag searches, as determined by security. Persons who do not wish to comply with these safety measures will be denied entry to the event and tickets will not be refunded. All event participants must have identification cards with them.
